Notice: “Symposium for Key Nitrogen Fertilizer Enterprises and Working Meeting of the International Trade Coordination Committee of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association 2020”

To all relevant units:

Since the beginning of this year, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the global economy has suffered a severe blow, and fertilizer exports are facing serious challenges. In the second half of the year, China will enter the off-season for fertilizer use. Several factors—including the global fertilizer market situation, the implementation of a new fertilizer reserve system, natural gas pricing policies, new environmental protection and production restriction measures for the autumn and winter seasons, and the resumption of production by industrial urea users—will all influence the economic performance of the nitrogen fertilizer industry. To analyze the market conditions and economic performance of the nitrogen fertilizer industry both domestically and internationally in the second half of the year, as well as to study appropriate response measures, the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association has decided to hold the “Symposium for Key Nitrogen Fertilizer Enterprises and the 2020 China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association International Trade Coordination Committee Meeting” from July 1 to 2, 2020, in Yinchuan, Ningxia.
