On May 12, 2020, the Shanxi Center of Xinhua News Agency’s China Economic Information Service organized a research symposium with members of the Calcium-Magnesium Fertilizer Branch. The symposium focused on fundamental, basic, and long-term issues concerning the development of the new fertilizer industry in Jiaocheng County, Shanxi Province. By leveraging the strengths of all parties involved, the participants conducted in-depth research and engaged in thorough consultations to advance the strategic development of Shanxi’s new fertilizer industry and further enhance the brand influence and industrial leadership of “China’s Calcium Capital.” After gaining an understanding of the Calcium-Magnesium Fertilizer Branch’s situation, the China Economic Information Service of Xinhua News Agency stated that it could provide intellectual support to our association in the next phase.

1. Xinhua Finance: Providing enterprises with roadshows and targeted marketing; gaining deep insights into global industry trends; offering exclusive interviews with top financial officials and collaborating with industry leaders; diagnosing corporate development challenges and conducting micro-level surveys of people’s livelihoods and sentiments; authoritative Xinhua—shaping the times.

Xinhua Index: One of the four major economic information products of Xinhua News Agency, it is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the agency’s comprehensive indices and index derivatives, as well as conducting integrated research, publishing, operating, and promoting these indices—all with the aim of guiding pricing. The index can be released on a regular basis, serving as a “leading indicator” and “barometer” that comprehensively reflects changes in industry development.

4. Xinhua Credit: Providing enterprises with a comprehensive suite of management services. Enterprises can not only join the Xinhua Credit platform to collect, organize, store, and process credit information on both their own businesses and specific projects, but also receive services such as credit reports, credit ratings, and credit information consulting from Xinhua Credit—services that are made available to credit users (including participants in international trade, international lenders, and cross-border investors).
