　　At the promotion and negotiation meeting, relevant officials from the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade highlighted the status of our province’s chemical industry. Officials from the Nitrate Calcium-Magnesium Fertilizer Branch of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association provided an overview of the current situation and future prospects of China’s nitrate industry. The Jiaocheng Economic Development Zone in Shanxi Province introduced its park and leading industries; the Yuncheng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology presented information on the chemical and related industries; and the Shuozhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade shared details on Shuozhou’s industrial development. Shanxi Jinlan Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Nanfeng E-commerce Co., Ltd. conducted project presentations. Additionally, a representative from Lanxess (South Africa) Ltd. introduced overseas markets and the company’s specific requirements.
　　In recent years, our province’s coal chemical industry has been focusing on five distinctive development pillars—fertilizers, alcohols, acetylenes, benzene, and oils—and pursuing a path of high-end development, diversification, and low-carbonization. We are making every effort to build 10 key coal chemical industrial chains, including high-end carbon materials, and strive to establish our province as an important national demonstration base for modern coal chemistry. A relevant official from the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade stated that we sincerely invite chemical industry entrepreneurs to come to Shanxi, take a closer look at our region, and invest in and start businesses here.
