To thoroughly implement the concept of green development and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the nitrogen fertilizer and methanol industries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association has decided to launch a selection campaign for “Advanced Units and Individuals in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industries during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period.” This campaign will recognize units that have achieved remarkable results in energy and resource conservation as well as pollutant reduction, and individuals who have made outstanding contributions. Relevant details are hereby announced as follows:

I. Awards and Honors

Units that have achieved advanced industry standards in energy resource consumption and pollutant emissions, or demonstrated remarkable results in energy conservation and emission reduction efforts, and have experienced no major safety or environmental incidents during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, shall be awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Unit for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industries during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period.” The principal leaders and key personnel responsible for energy conservation and emission reduction at the winning enterprises shall be awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Individual for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industries during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period.” 2 Person).

II. Review Procedure

1 The application for “Advanced Units” shall be made through self-declaration by the respective organizations. Organizations should complete the “Application Form for Advanced Units in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industries during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period” (see attachment). 1 ).

2 The nomination for “Advanced Individual” shall be made through unit recommendations. Units are required to complete the “Recommendation Form for Advanced Individuals in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Work in the Nitrogen Fertilizer and Methanol Industries during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period” (see attachment). 2 ).

3 The association has established a “Review Committee for Advanced Units and Individuals in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction.” Based on the “Scoring Criteria for Advanced Units,” the Review Committee will evaluate the applicant units and determine the preliminary list of “Advanced Units.”

4 The review committee, based on the preliminary list of “Advanced Units,” will examine the “Advanced Individuals” they have recommended according to the specified criteria and propose a preliminary list of “Advanced Individuals.”

5 The preliminary list will be publicly announced on China Nitrogen Fertilizer Network, China Methanol Network, “China Nitrogen Fertilizer Information,” and “China Methanol Production and Market,” and broad public input will be solicited.

6 The above two preliminary lists and the public comments shall be submitted together to the Association’s Standing Council for review and approval.

III. Application Requirements
