Calcium-magnesium fertilizer manufacturer : Precautions for Application

(1) It works best when used in combination with superphosphate and nitrogen fertilizers, but it should not be applied mixed with these fertilizers.
(2) It generally should not be applied in combination with acidic fertilizers, as this could reduce the fertilizer’s effectiveness.
(3) The application rate should be appropriate; generally, the amount applied per mu should be controlled within 15 to 20 kilograms. If calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer is applied in excessive amounts, its fertilizer utilization rate will not only fail to increase but may even decline. Typically, when applying 35 to 40 kilograms per mu, it can be applied at intervals of one year.
(4) Suitable for application to crops with strong ability to absorb枸溶性 phosphorus, such as rapeseed, radish, leguminous crops, and cucurbits.

Calcium-magnesium fertilizer manufacturer The primary production area of calcium-magnesium-phosphate fertilizer is in China. Due to its abundant raw material sources and simple production process, this type of fertilizer has been rapidly developing in southern China’s phosphate mining regions in recent years. This fertilizer appears as a fine, glassy powder that is grayish-white, dark green, or brown in color. Its composition is relatively complex, with Ca3(PO4)2 as the main component; it also contains other elements such as P2O5, CaO, MgO, SiO2, and CaMg.

Due to differences in origin, product specifications vary considerably. Generally, the P2O5 content ranges from 14% to 20%, the CaO content from 25% to 30%, the MgO content from 10% to 15%, and the SiO2 content from 25% to 40%. Thus, it is evident that this is a multi-component fertilizer primarily rich in phosphorus, while also containing calcium, magnesium, silicon, and other elements.

It is insoluble in water, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-hygroscopic, and does not cake. It is a chemically alkaline fertilizer. It is widely suitable for various crops and acidic soils deficient in phosphorus, particularly well-suited for acidic red soils in southern regions where calcium and magnesium leaching is relatively severe.

Calcium-magnesium fertilizer manufacturer: As can be seen, calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer is non-toxic and non-corrosive, does not absorb moisture, and does not cake. It is a chemically alkaline fertilizer that provides certain benefits and promotes the growth of crops. It is suitable for deep application as a base fertilizer, which farmers can achieve through deep plowing.
