For over two decades, Jiangsu BGI has been dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of filtration and separation machinery. Jiangsu Huada is a member of the China Standardization Technical Committee for Separation Machinery, a vice-chairman unit of the Separation Machinery Branch of the China General Machinery Association, and a drafting unit for national and industry standards on centrifuges (including “JB/T 10769.1—Model and Basic Parameters for Three-Leg and Plate-Type Centrifuges,” “JB/T 8652—Screw-Discharge Filter Centrifuges,” “JB/T 5284—Explosion-Proof Blade-Discharge Centrifuges,” “JBT502—Screw-Discharge Settling Centrifuges,” and “GBT7779-2018—Method for Coding Centrifuge Models”). It is also recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a Key High-Tech Enterprise under the National Torch Program, a Pilot Innovative Enterprise in Zhangjiagang City, an Innovation Pioneer Enterprise in Suzhou City, a Provincial Enterprise Trusted for Quality, a National Outstanding Private Science and Technology Enterprise, and an enterprise with a credit rating of AAA. Jiangsu Huada has been awarded the China Patent Excellence Award, the National Key New Product Award, the Second Prize of China’s Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, the Annual Outstanding Enterprise Award in China’s Lithium Battery Industry, the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement Award, the Jiangsu Province Specialized, Fine, and New Product Award, the First Prize of Jiangsu Province’s Mechanical Design and Product Innovation Award, and the Jiangsu Province Famous Brand Product Award. As early as 1998, Jiangsu Huada obtained the National Safety Certification for Centrifuges. With a relatively complete range of centrifuge product types and series, Jiangsu Huada boasts strong market competitiveness and influence, making it a leading player in China’s research, production, and sales sectors of filtration and separation machinery.

Jiangsu Huada has assembled a large team of engineering and technical personnel and has established several innovative platforms, including the Suzhou Huada Separation Machinery Engineering Technology Center, the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and an enterprise-based postgraduate workstation. Among them, there are 55 R&D personnel. The company has built multiple specialized teams covering technology development, technology application, process design, inspection and testing, and lean production management, all of which have achieved remarkable results. Huada has successfully developed a number of new products and technologies—including a vertical bag-discharge automatic centrifuge with independent intellectual property rights and a national invention patent, a horizontal pre-concentration filtration centrifuge, and intelligent remote control system technology—possessing a total of 50 valid patents, including 27 invention patents and 23 utility model patents. These innovations have been well-received in the market and have effectively addressed filtration and separation challenges for users.

Jiangsu Huada currently has two production bases, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan, covering an area of over 130 mu. Its total assets amount to 450 million yuan, and it employs more than 400 people. The company is equipped with over 500 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, including more than 50 CNC machines and over 100 sets of diverse testing equipment.

In 2015, China Construction Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (stock code: 300425), took full control of Jiangsu Huada. As a result, Jiangsu Huada became a publicly listed company and, leveraging the platform provided by Environmental Protection Technology, will gain greater market expansion opportunities, stronger human resources and R&D investment, more standardized management, and better prospects for development. Currently, the third-phase project for the production of high-performance automated centrifuges has been fully launched.
