On the basis of effectively controlling the epidemic, we must vigorously, orderly, and efficiently resume production at fertilizer and its raw and auxiliary material enterprises, and strive to increase fertilizer output before the start of spring plowing. Relevant departments in all localities must attach great importance to fertilizer production and supply, promptly coordinate to resolve major issues arising in fertilizer production and supply, and earnestly ensure stable supply and prices of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs for spring plowing.” To support agricultural spring plowing production, alleviate financial pressures on enterprises, fully motivate calcium-magnesium fertilizer companies to resume production, and successfully fulfill the spring plowing tasks, we hereby recommend implementing a phased reduction in electricity tariffs for calcium-magnesium fertilizer enterprises in the Jiaocheng region.
