Guizhou Batai Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guizhou Batai”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Batai Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd., established in June 2012. Shenzhen Batai Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Batai Shares”) is an environmentally friendly high-tech enterprise and a national leading enterprise in the Starfire Program for Technological Innovation, integrating research, production, and sales. Its core business focuses on the production of compound fertilizers, controlled-release fertilizers, irrigation fertilizers, and green ecological fertilizers. The company also develops and utilizes industrial and agricultural waste, turning waste into valuable fertilizers. Batai Shares was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2007, becoming China’s first publicly listed company in the compound fertilizer industry.

Guizhou Batai primarily engages in the research and development, as well as the production, of fertilizers (including various compound fertilizers and new types of fertilizers), chemical raw materials, new materials, and construction materials; the exploration and utilization of mineral resources; and the production and sale of mineral products. By addressing waste at its source, the company achieves near-zero emissions and promotes the circular utilization of solid waste resources, thereby establishing a unique capability in the production and sale of novel fertilizer products with distinctive functionalities.

Guizhou Baitian was established in June 2012. On April 18, 2013, the foundation-laying ceremony was held in the industrial park of Weng'an County, Guizhou Province, marking the start of construction of the Guizhou Baitian Ecological Phosphate Chemical Industrial Park. The park is planned to be developed in three phases, with a total planned investment of 10.278 billion yuan. Upon completion of the entire project, it will achieve an annual industrial output value of 10 billion yuan, annual sales revenue of 10 billion yuan, and tax and profit contributions of 1.834 billion yuan, while providing employment for 2,500 people.

This project is a key initiative under Guizhou Province’s “Four Integrated” strategy, and also a flagship “coal-power-phosphorus” resource integration project within the Weng’an Phosphate Chemical Circular Economy Eco-Industrial Park. The first-phase project involved a total investment of 2.386 billion yuan and was fully completed by the end of 2015. Currently, all units have reached their designed production capacity and met relevant standards.

The primary equipment of the Phase I project includes two 75-ton/hour circulating fluidized-bed boilers, a 100,000-ton/year demonstration plant for mineral processing using physical and chemical methods, two 300,000-ton/year high-tower compound fertilizer units, a 270,000-ton/year (equivalent to 100% HNO3) nitric acid plant, two 200,000-ton/year nitric acid phosphate (potassium) fertilizer units, two 100,000-ton/year ammonium nitrate calcium units, a 360,000-ton/year wastewater reuse facility, and supporting utility infrastructure.

Our main products include 62–68% dilute nitric acid, nitro-tri-phosphate compound fertilizer, ammonium nitrate calcium, medium-element water-soluble fertilizers, high-tower compound fertilizers of various functional formulations (such as Zhongnuo, Baitian+, Tianmei, Huangjin, Songtu, Jia Wenbao, Hanlao Bao, Haiyang, Solar Energy, and water-soluble fertilizers), 6+2 functional fertilizers, powdered fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, and more—all of which have earned high praise from farmers both at home and abroad.
