The State Council’s “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Social Credit System and Establishing a New Regulatory Mechanism Based on Credit” (Guobanfa [2021] No. 35) [2019]335 No.) and the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Improving the System for Restraining Dishonesty and Establishing a Long-term Mechanism for Integrity Building” (Guobanfa [2020]49 and other documents, emphasizing the further improvement of the credit system and credit restoration mechanisms to guide high-quality development in the industry.

The China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association has actively responded to the directives of relevant ministries and commissions and has consecutively organized five rounds of enterprise credit rating assessments, effectively promoting the construction of an enterprise credit system, promptly identifying instances of untrustworthy behavior, implementing credit restoration measures, and enhancing the overall credit standing of the industry. This year, the Association plans to continue conducting the sixth round of enterprise credit assessments. The relevant details are as follows:

I. Application Requirements

1.  Enterprise legal persons and other economic organizations that are legally registered.

2.  The company has generated revenue from its principal business activities for the past three years and is in a state of ongoing operation; it is not an enterprise that is about to close or cease operations.

3.  Not listed on the joint punishment list for dishonesty.

II. Application Procedure

1.  Application period

2025 Year 6 Moon 30 Date to 2025 Year 9 Moon 15 Day.

2.  Fill out the application form

Log in to China Nitrogen Fertilizer Network ( www.cnfia.com.cn ) , Download the “Application Form for the Credit Rating Assessment of Chinese Nitrogen Fertilizer Enterprises” from the “Download & Resources” section, and submit it to the Association as required. Note: Please complete the corresponding application form according to the enterprise type—whether it is in the production, technology supply, or trading sector.

3.  Evaluation agency

The third-party credit rating agency is Beijing Guofu Tai Credit Management Co., Ltd.

4.  Evaluation fee

Review fee 15000 Yuan / Enterprises (including assessment fees, license and certificate issuance fees, and publicity and promotion fees, etc.).

5.  Annual Review

The validity period of an enterprise credit rating is three years. During this validity period, the rated enterprises must undergo two annual reassessments, and each annual reassessment requires prior notification. 3 Submit the “Annual Reassessment Application for Credit Rating” along with relevant documents and photocopies to the association within one month. Annual reassessment fee: 3000 Yuan / Enterprise.
